CocoReads I‘m so glad someone has the time a@d knowledge to put this together! And, I‘ll add to this—I‘m going to host one and will make a post, probably tomorrow after work. I‘m going to call it #cocosturning50 and it will run Friday, 10/16 through Sunday, 10/25. Make your own goals. My birthday is the 21st and I took the 17-23 off work so I could stay home and read all week. 😁 4y

aperfectmjk Okay... questions... how will this work? Do we add the hash tag to each post? What if we're not on that platform, such as Twitter? List doesn't list the requirements of each readathon. 4y
Clwojick @aperfectmjk there no set rules in regards to participation on other platforms since were not there to mediate it, and since everyone is bound to do it differently. Personally, I am participating in the ones hosted on Litsy and Instagram since I‘m the most likely to post final stat updates on those two platforms. I‘ve been adding the event tags to each book review to indicate which reading events that book qualifies for. 4y
Clwojick @aperfectmjk once each event is over I‘ll post my final stats post on Instagram and Litsy. As for reading requirements, that‘s up to the readers to look into. I‘ve simply complied a list of options for everyone if they‘re interested in checking them out. I wanted to make sure everyone had the opportunity and knowledge of what‘s going on. No one has to participate in all or even any of them. Whatever works for each #scarathlon player 4y
