I bought this book for two reasons—it‘s a Europa and the blurb mentions Charles Manson. Now that I‘m actually comprehending the blurb, I‘m not sure it‘s for me. Vikar is obsessed with the movies and moves to LA to live his passion. So intense is it that he has Elizabeth Taylor‘s likeness tattooed on his head. So yeah, I‘m going to say that he may be #justacreep. I may never actually find out, as that would require me to read the book. #nofemmeber

I do believe that Mr. Bowling is something more than #JustACreep. 😳

The title character in Raymond Chandler‘s favourite novel (published in 1943) is a serial killer who keeps buying the newspaper to see if anyone suspects him of his crimes. Unfortunately, there is a war on and the clues he leaves keep going unnoticed.

Flashman is the classic creep. I've posted an image from the 70's bbc series that i remember and Tom Browns schooldays was one of the books that was part of my childhood reading loves. So then i discovered George macdonald fraser's brilliant revisiting of school bully Flashman who despite incredible cowardice seems to come out on top - reminds me to revisit the series soon.

britt_brooke @Centique Probably Prophet‘s Prey. It gives a good overall view. The writing is pretty dry, but still captivating. There‘s a documentary of the same name based on it. I read Breaking Free most recently and it‘s a good, though tough, read. The rest are pretty similar. 5y

I loved this series from the first page to the last ... this first episode is so well done .. I love hearing the Italian .. so far it‘s brilliant ❤️👍🏻 those dolls !!!!

I‘m enjoying putting faces to names because I‘d get confused between some characters when reading it - this is going to help me to flesh out the whole community. I love the way it‘s a whole neighbourhood full of stories even though Lila and Lenu are front and centre. 😍 5y
