pickThis was fantastic! A compelling read with some great characters that also teaches so much about what it's like to be part of the deaf community. (Not sure all will love the nonfiction-y interludes on audio, but I really did!) I super appreciated how much the author focused on deaf identity and culture and how they can collide with the expectations and values of others. Fun to have finished it during #DisabilityBookWeek too. ❤️
