pickI‘m a huge fan of Ann‘s nonfiction, and this impressive essay collection gave me all the feels. Worth reading just for the long essay about her and Carl‘s special relationship with Tom Hanks‘ assistant. I loved her stories about Carl‘s airplane, her relationships with each parent, meeting an odd super fan, and of course her bookstore. She is the epitome of Southern hospitality bringing you right to her heart.
