My second novel by this author and again I am delighted to have found her. In 92 pages Nothomb narrates the last day of the life of Jesus. When I grabbed the book from the library I had no idea that‘s what the story was about. Profound insights, great questions, fierce love, and even some laugh out loud humor is packed into this novel. I ran to the web to purchase a copy to pass on to friends. I love this author‘s mind.

CaseyTheCanadianLesbrarian @Suet624 Metaphysiques des Tubes was the French title. Looks like it was translated as The Character of Rain. I don't even remember what it was about, just that I loved it! 2y
