I loved many Anne Tyler books for years, but was disappointed with some newer ones. HAPPY to say that with this book, It feels like she got it back!
Tyler has a great talent to write in the 3rd person, yet we see the main character's POV. As always, we meet quirky characters such as Kate, her scientist father and the funny Pyotr (who Kate's father wants her to marry so he can stay in the US). A short, sweet and funny book.
