I know many of us have pets I have Dobby( picture), Poirot, and Squeeker both cats. Two of mine are named after characters from books, where did your pets names come from? Books as well?
Slajaunie Mine were all rescues so the had names already. Well except one. Coco is a black chihuahua mix. She looks like someone spilled coco powder on her black coat hence the name. 5y
Pogue @Slajaunie Dobby is our rescue she is 13 now and we have had her for 3 years. She came with the name Diane. Poirot another rescue came with the name Chip. 5y

DGRachel My Lab was a rescue that I named Pilot after Mr. Rochester‘s dog from Jane Eyre. He passed away in April. Now, I have Bailey, my pit bull rescue, and even though the character in the book is male, I stole her name from one of the characters in The Night Circus because it spoke to me and just seemed suited. 😊 5y
