Wish me luck on a job interview today! I don‘t want to say I‘m panicking or anything but there‘s definitely a sense of dread in my stomach. It‘s for the same thing I do now but 40 minutes closer to my house. No big loss if I don‘t get it but it would sure be nice.

Geeklet @vivastory It‘s definitely different. There‘s never a boring day and I have the weirdest work stories. I‘ve been doing it for nearly 9 years. I truly love where I work now but I have a long commute that won‘t be changing. 5y

I‘m seeing everyone‘s #blinddatebookswap posts, and every day I panic a little more, because I have no idea what to send to my match! She asked for Romance, which I never read, and she also said “no nonfiction” - which most of my favorite books are.

So ... romance peeps ... send me your recommendations!! What would you send to someone looking to try out the romance genre (“not erotica and not overly goofy”)?

Reggie Check out Christina Lauren. Josh and Hazel‘s Guide to not Dating had me rolling on the floor and all gushy inside. Love and Other Words was also great. If your friend likes the slow burn try Mariana Zapata. If ur friend can do M/M romance try Him by Sarina Bowen. 5y

Bookzombie Yes, I don‘t think it‘s a big deal. You may find couples mentioned that were the basis for the first 3 books. I don‘t find that to be a spoiler since most romances are happy ever afters. I didn‘t realize I haven‘t finished this series. I own them, lol. 5y
