And Bratva ish. Now you can find Polish, Irish & Spanish Bratva. NO that‘s Russian gangsters & probably not good husbands. And no, not everyone does arranged marriages in contemporary society.
Also “secret babies”. There are infertile women. Please allow us to be seen in the romance universe. 😒

LitStephanie I hate fated mates too, and the whole idea of "mates" in general! There are 8 billion people on this planet, and a relationship is not any less special just because there is no "one true love" person for everyone. Choosing and committing to someone is just as noble. Good rant, LOL. 1y
Christy2318 I will read mpreg occasionally, but I almost never read pregnancy/secret baby/kid in MF. They almost never come up with a good explanation for why the kid was secret and I just generally don‘t wanna read about pregnancy. I‘m also not crazy about 2nd chance romance. It can be done well but a lot of the time it‘s like WHY? 1y
Soscha I‘m not a fan of the “second chance” trope as well. “Reverse harem” doesn‘t work for me either. I‘ve read a few; okay, just not my thing. 🤷🏼♀️ 1y
