Mehso-so

This book did have a lot of issues; the pacing was way to fast and the story felt more like it was telling the reader what happened rather than showing us. Also the romance was very insta-love to an odd extent. Some of the plot felt just thrown in and very jumbled.
However, I did enjoy the concept and writing, it was descriptive and dark, with a gothic atmosphere and a lot of traditional Witchcraft. It's a good book but don't expect too much.
