I just started a low-carb / ketogenic diet and this book was recommended by several websites. Also going to use it for #plannergirlbookbingo2017 for my food-related square.

Power is out at work so I'm reading a sample from The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living. I've been on a low-carb diet for one week and it's going well. Not as difficult as I thought it would be.
