Very interesting. It's aimed at a teen readership, and is laid out very simply, basically a chronological timeline of how Hitler first rose to power and set his plans in motion, ending with the war crimes trials and touching on other instances of genocide that followed (such as when the Turks were slaughtering Armenians). Overall a slim but fascinating look at the Holocaust.

I used to read a lot about the Holocaust, anything I could find, til I got burned out on the subject. I still have a lot of books I never got to, including this one. Written for teens, but I‘m finding it a bit different in how the information is presented, and quite interesting. Plus, I learned the origins of “scapegoat”!
