As someone who was diagnosed with Binge Eating Disorder around 4 years ago now, I found this book to be very informative and helpful in not only with understanding how BED impacts other aspects of our lives and not just our health and weight whilst also providing some very useful tools and ways we can start to get control over this disorder instead of having it control our lives to some extent.One of the best books I have read on this topic. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
