Everybody loves a parade! Well, everybody except Evan Evan, the county sheriff, knows that businesses are struggling in the small town of Clark Creek. But unlike the mayorwho happens to be his motherhe doesnt think that hiring a Christmas Consultant, whatever that is, will help. Especially when this Christmas Consultant proposes a holiday parade that seems likely to overwhelm his staff and leave the town in even more debt. Mary is sure the parade is going to be a superb fundraiser. Shes going to make sure of it, overcoming every obstacleincluding those put in place by the stubborn sheriff. But in the middle of her planning, the unexpected happens: she and Evan begin to see one another in a different light. Could the parade bring about more than one Christmas miracle? This funny, feel-good holiday romance is perfect for fans of Sheila Roberts, Susan Mallery, and Jenny Hale.

Finished 3 Hallmark Christmas books today, and let me tell you - these were the #WGWordSearch GOLDMINE! I honestly loved them all, but On Christmas Avenue was my favourite. Definitely recommend any of the Hallmark Christmas books for anyone who likes light romance and is participating in the #WinterGames.

75 points for the 3 holiday books

Pickpick

I thought the book was so cute, which isn't surprising since it is a Hallmark book.
I loved the characters, especially the way they interacted together. I'm actually really interested in some of the side characters in the story. I wanted to find out what happened with them because I loved them as well as the main couple.
I didn't want the book to come to an end, especially when there was so much that could have happened afterwards.
