Memoirs of a Disgruntled Attorney
Memoirs of a Disgruntled Attorney | Marc C. Sherman
1 post | 1 read
At 49 in 2006, I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. What is in this book are a series of parodies, satires and stories about somebody struggling with young onset Parkinson's Disease. At no time is it depressing, on the contrary, it took Parkinson's to get me to realize how good my life really was. It also took Parkinson's to get me to discover a passion for writing. The 100 stories are listed in chronological order. Therefore, I believe that there is a vast improvement from the first few parodies through the Parkinson's stories until the last 30, which are satires that I wrote for an online satire newspaper. I hope that you enjoy reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it.

Book #23 of the year: “Memoirs of a Disgruntled Attorney” by Marc Sherman

Marc and I met on *LiveJournal* back in 2007 or 2008. This book is a collection of parodies, satire, and reflections on life after being diagnosed with Parkinson‘s Disease. It was a quick and mostly funny read. Thanks for writing it, my friend ❤️
