This was a clear guide to the stages of moving into a UX role and I appreciated the overview. I don‘t know much about this area and I‘m glad I started here to get a general sense of what Zenobi views as the process (after she switched away from anthropology and being more academically focused).

Zenobi is actually quoting another author Herminia Ibarra here. This struck me as particularly insightful.
