Read this for a professional development bookclub and I was a bit disappointed in it. Don't get me wrong, there's a lot of great information here and I appreciated Cabral's conversational tone and feel she is a strong educator but the book felt hastily put together. I give this a so-so rating because this was a good book but a better editor could have pulled a much better book from the author because the seeds are there.
