Girl, Rae - your questions are tough! It took me ages to come up with answers... 🧐
Thanks so much for the tag! @RaeLovesToRead 😊🖤

1. I'm sure I have tons, but couldn't come up with one... So I go for a movie - the tagged one. Horror, fantasy, romance, coming-of-age...
2. Gothic, magical realist psychological thriller.
3. Dystopian romance. Surely that exists already?

Were you tagged, Bunny? Interested in reading your answers! @BeeMagical

RaeLovesToRead I would LOVE to read #2 🥰🥰 Great answers! 13mo
BeeMagical Oooo yes! 1. Horror/Comedy all day😂 2. Horror/psychological thriller/magik 3. Police procedure romance 😑 (edited) 13mo

Pickpick

Just finished watching this strange 1988 movie again, for the first time with my husband. I discovered it by chance last month and have been hooked ever since. It has made a huge impact on me; has gripped me and refuses to let go. A strange, poetic and unjustly obscure movie. It's marketed as a horror movie (and some scenes certainly are), but it's more of a dark, surrealistic fantasy and still so much more than that. ... ⬇

Yuki_Onna (continued)
A dreamlike, tender coming-of-age story with two exceptional and brillant main actors - Charlotte Burke and Elliott Spiers (rest in peace, dear). She has never acted again after this movie and he comitted suicide at the age of 20, which makes the feel of this movie even more melancholy. The beginning makes me dream, the middle shiver and the end bawl my eyes out every time.
Highly recommended if you can get your hands on a copy! ❤

MySharonaK It sounds like a beautiful film! I‘ll try to get ahold of it ❤️ 3y
Yuki_Onna @MySharonaK Well, I hope you'll like it, too & it's not just me... I don't want to raise expectations too high... However, on many forums I saw that this film and especially the acting and “chemistry“ and later history of the child/teenage two main actors have made a huge impact on many many people. The coming-of-age/love/friendship part of it and the way the two acted feels so authentic and moving, you know? 3y
Yuki_Onna @MySharonaK However, some parts ARE horror/disturbing and (at least in my view) implying abuse, so I strongly suggest you don't watch it with small children! 🤔
Much love, dear!!! 💞 💖 💞

MySharonaK @Yuki_Onna thank you my dear! I haven‘t been able to get it yet but I‘ll keep trying. When I saw the poster it made me think of the film “Birdy” is it similar? Much love ❤️❤️❤️ 3y
