Beagle Training Basics: The Care, Training, and Hunting of the Beagle | 
Whelp. According to the vet Lilah is blind 😫 Sudden Aquired Retinal Degeneration Syndrome. Anyone heard of it? It accounts for the stumbling. Yesterday when I took this picture she had been crying,..she had walked to the kitchen and couldn't find her way back to the living room. I thought it was because she was weak, now I know it's because she could see. So now we will manage it I guess . Thank You everyone who has shown concern 💗💔

gradcat Oh, I‘m so sorry, but I know you love her...so she‘ll feel a great sense of security to help her with her blindness. I have not heard of her condition, but I wish you guys well in dealing with the problems in days to come. 🐶♥️ 5y

BookwormAHN I also have a blind dog so I know how frustrating and heartbreaking it can be to watch them stumble around. Jezzy has dry eye and has since she was 2 1/2. She is 12 now and about 2 years ago she went mostly blind. We thought their was a chance that she might still have a little bit of vision but in the last few months we have had to face it she is blind. She is handling better than us. 5y

TheSpineView Poor baby! Animals handle disabilities much better than humans. All they want is love. I know she gets plenty of that so I have no doubt she will be fine. 5y

SW-T Hugs to both of you as you adjust to her new visual status. My uncle‘s dog was blind. Nothing in his house had hard edges and nothing ever got moved so Bucky‘s floor plan remained consistent. Your baby has love - that‘s the key thing 😊💕 5y
