I‘ve seen a few of you doing food and book pairings (sorry I don‘t know the hashtag) but The Fussy Librarian, which offers free downloads daily, has been listing a different ethnic cuisine cookbook almost daily— apparently it is part of a series. Lynnsoprano @ValerieAndBooks I did subscribe, and got this book. There‘s a lot of good cultural information, but I don‘t think I‘m going to cook any of the recipes. Certainly not the ones that call for horse meat 😮 3y

Lynnsoprano @ValerieAndBooks They weren‘t all like that 😂 There were some reasonable recipes, but there were also some that called for 4 cups of heavy cream. My arteries started clogging just reading it! 3y
