Tonight I made the Walnut Crusted Salmon with Roasted Zucchini and Chickpeas, I am not a good cook but it came out pretty good, that is due to easy to follow/well explained steps in the book ☺ Thanks to Callisto Publisher's Club for sending me a copy to review. There are so many recipes in the book that I want to try so I'm doing 2 a week, which my hubby is very excited about🤗
