I wanted to love this book which claims to give the history of many Halloween symbols. Unfortunately I can‘t even recommend it. It jumps between myth & fact, places & times without real coherence. Some “facts” are thrown in seemingly for shock value (druids burning people alive in cages-in a kids book). And nowhere does she give any source material to back up her claims. I will give any other books in this series a hard pass #TeamStoker 6 pts
