Mehso-so

I guess I expected something else. Didn‘t really care for the characters, even though though this is a true story they didn‘t feel real to me. Typical white man comes and makes Africa great. This one wasn‘t a racist, but I would not call him a gentleman either. Did not click with this book for some reason. #Africa

Obsessed with Zimbabwe at the moment. I feel so bad about how Europeans treated Africa ☹️ The English really did a number here. This “gentleman” was in love with his married aunt, and enjoyed beating up his servants in his spare time. And then the man in the top left corner... Bad people come from every country. How do people become so bad and twisted?
