The Cooking of Russia: A Sainsbury Cookbook | 
My version of gribnoi sup (mushroom soup) from the pictured Sainsbury's cookbook. We visited Russia in 1991, not long before Yeltsin ousted Gorbechev, but I swear the two things were not connected! I bought the book when we got home as a culinary reminder, though the main thing I got from it was keeping vodka in the freezer! ❄🍸❄
