Chrissyreadit @sudi the biggest challenge is trying to stay vegan- I‘m compromising by adding eggs and cheese in, but I‘ve learned a few possible easy meals that will work- just be slightly monotonous. I‘m someone who does not care about food so I def do not feel deprived. My one comfort food when I don‘t feel well is mashed potatoes- and I miss that this week. Let me know if you do keto! 5y
Chrissyreadit @tpixie @sudi last night a made sliced eggplant, tossed in oil, roasted 15 min, added tomato sauce, and covered in both vegan and regular mozzarella- keto, vegetarian and all three of my teens raves about it! 5y
sudi @Chrissyreadit the vegan part definitely sounds hard. You're so brave for commiting to the entire diet. I have an appointment with my doctor two weeks later, till then i'm doing a low carb one but i've heard keto yields faster results 5y

Chrissyreadit @sudi it‘s easy for me because food is not a big deal to me. That‘s why my weight has been so frustrating. I could not care less if I went a day without food- but I know that‘s not the norm. 5y
sudi @Chrissyreadit you're so lucky, it's the exact opposite with me, i don't overeat but i do have a tendency to prefer comfort(includes junk food) over healthier options. I especially have a sweet tooth 🙈 5y
