I love cookbooks since I love to cook but I don't usually sit down and read them cover to cover. I'll read the intro and skim through looking for recipes I'm interested in trying. But this one is so delightful I'm actually reading the whole thing. Each recipe ties into philosophy with a little essay about that philosopher/topic like "I Kant Believe it's not Buttermilk Pancakes" or "Eggsistential Crisis."
