Welcome to Litsy!

I know today will be a hard day from many. I am a Canadian, and seeing what is happening to my neighbours has shaken my faith in humanity and democracy.

Today I'm going to take time to focus on the positive and surround myself with good things: my family, my friends, my books and this wee dog (who now stands on her back paws any time she wants a belly rub).

Tomorrow I take my 10 year old daughter to the women's march and we start the fight. ✊🏻

My current reading companion - China, a Tenterfield Terrier, aka mutt, in sleepy mode. Yes I am sitting on the floor while she occupies the chair (good to know who is in charge) #nationaldogday
