The suspense & dramatic tension in this book made it such a good read! All the characters were memorable, even the villainous ones. There‘s nothing like a good villain in a story to get your ire up. I also loved that the St. John family were involved in an official capacity & were ready to support Linc in many ways. There was a great working relationship between Linc & Allison but what developed between then romantically was worth a swoon or two.
