On the cover of this excellent book are two of my favorite things...huskies and Northern Lights. I was immediately drawn into an exciting adventure that was at times fun, frightening, dangerous, heart stopping and heartwarming. I highly recommend this book to kids and adults alike. It is filled with many life lessons and experiences. Reading this book could open up wonderful discussions amongst adults and children. Very well done!

I really enjoyed this fun book! McKenna, 14 years old, races in an Ontario dog sled race at the request of her younger sister.
