This week for #BFCr3 was ok. I hit my step count 3 days. I did have a couple unplug sessions before bed. I did do writing on the days I haven‘t unplugged- even if my kitty literally gets in the way like he did earlier 😂
Weekly check-in for #bookfitnesschallenge #BFCR3! I‘m pretty happy with this week. I hit my fitness and spiritual practice goals, and am getting more in the habit for the nutritional goals. I keep forgetting about certain snacks... but I‘m getting there! And I‘m more on track with my book goal now, with 3/15 books completed. 🙌🏼 Photo is from my neighborhood walk this morning. 😊

Work has been destroying me lately.
Photo isn't really relevant but I saw this sunflower growing all alone in an overgrown lot and it just called to me.
I didn‘t even post last week as I was a complete couch potato. Much better this week! I started the Couch to 5k app and finished my first 2 walk/runs. Did additional walking to get over my 2 hour exercise goal. I also finished the first of a lovely series by Mary Balogh of audiobook. The scene pictured is a beautiful sunrise I caught this week.
Finished another great week of #bfc #bfcr2. Met all my weekly goals including my big one for this challenge - running a 5k with my son! We had a great time and I‘m going to sign up for another race! Ended up at over 95k steps for the week!! Thanks to my fab and supportive team! Spent today put in nature with my kids and family friends. Great way to end week 2.

After going on an overseas holiday, this is a great way for me to get motivated and get back on track with a regular exercise routine.
