This book centers around self-help strategies that can fall into place much like the process of making kintsugi art. I appreciated the structure - a little bit of info about kintsugi, suggestions for empowering and discovering your best self., and exercises to do to try out the techniques. I especially loved the inclusion of photographs of beautiful kintsugi art pieces. But I wasn‘t crazy about the repetition. #Netgalley ⭐️⭐️⭐️
