#BookFitnessChallenge Week 2 Day 1
I haven‘t read the tagged book but I think I need to get it!
Daily:
Steps: 19,477/17,500 (walk before work, dash to the shops at lunchtime, run after work)
Calories: 2,196/2,000 (still over but improving and at least I am now logging everything, which is a significant improvement, and I was losing weight on 2,100 calories last year, so 🤞🏻!)
