#BookFitnessChallenge Week 2 Day 2:
Did my first parkrun since September 2017!! I had no idea it was so long since I last did one. Hope to get to a few more this year.
Steps: 21,502/17,500 ✅
Calories: 2,683/2,000 total abject failure ❌ I really need to sort myself out and stop picking! At least I managed to maintain this week, though a loss would have been nicer. Only myself to blame 🙄
Quite a busy day so only managed a few pages of my book.

alisiakae I can graze on food sometimes, too, I try to keep healthy options on hand for those days. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't! 5y
