Welcome to Litsy!

This new to me author is a favorite of a friend, and she was anxious for me to read her books. She loaned me three, and this is the first one that I read. Written in 1948, it is a memoir about the author‘s time living at the seashore during the Summer. She reminisces about her eccentric, Geology Professor, father. What a character! I discovered that Gladys Taber even has her own fan club! It was a delightful read! Looking forward to the next two!
