Guys, i was a super bad participant for werk one of the #BFC 🙈 not that i expencted it to be much different, but i did NONE of my exercise items. The only thing i did do was try to drink more than usual. A bit of midfulness/mental wellness i'd have done anyways... well... next week can only get better, right? 💪#BookFitnessChallenge @wanderinglynn

britt_brooke You‘re not a bad participant! Next week will be better. You got this! 💪🏻 5y
wanderinglynn The important thing is you started. Baby steps. I didn‘t meet all my goals either. So we both have something to aim for this week. 🙌🏻 5y
VanChocStrawberry You still got that one thing started! And now on to week two; fresh start! Woo-Hoo!

I‘ve been on medical leave for 6 months. 6 months were I haven‘t been allowed to do any exercising. I can now start walking and using a stationary bike. Today I had testing that aggravated my symptoms.

So for the 1st day of #BookFitnessChallenge I did some meditating and listened to an audiobook. Hopefully tomorrow I‘ll be able to do more.

jb72 I hope you feel better soon! 5y
julesG Go easy! You'll be more active soon. 😘 5y

alisiakae I am on activity and exercise restrictions for 4 weeks (other than walking), and I thought that was hard! Since I came off what was essentially bed rest 1 1/2 weeks ago, I found that each day I could walk and do a little bit more. Slow progress is frustrating, but it's still progress! 💕 5y
Megabooks 👍🏻💙💙 5y
Clwojick One step at a time! Meditation will be a perfect daily activity as well! ♥️💙💚💜 5y

Caterina Take care of yourself! I've been on medical leave before due to chronic illness, it's hard to go slow but it sounds like you're listening to your body and doing what you need to do! Great job meditating! ❤ 5y
