Headaches & Migraine

Good morning! Day Two of #BFC is also Day Two of a pretty rotten headache. I walked my half-hour lunch at work yesterday, and hope to get out there today. But first, coffee and Excedrin.

Kaye Hope your head stops. Migraines are awful. It‘s really hard to do much exercise when your head is pounding. I went to a neurologist several years ago and got some meds that work fairly well , so they‘re more manageable now but they still come. 5y

CocoReads Feel better. I wound up not doing much on day one because I had the same plus the start of a cold. I‘m hoping for better today. 5y
