panSometimes I regret having accepted a book for review. I thought I‘d like this more, considering I often read politics and history. But it wasn‘t my kind of book. The writing was deadly dull. Plus, it didn‘t make the revelatory connections between people and events that I was hoping for. So disappointing. (p.s. What‘s with the picture in the database @Litsy ?)

Litsy Looks like we haven't pulled in a cover for this book yet. We're working to bring in LibraryThing data to Litsy (including covers, where needed), but it's a long-term project that will take some time yet. 5y
