Jo Returns to the Chalet School | 
My current read (tagged) and I think I‘ve come to realize that my love for vintage books is directly correlated to my love for people on spines. 😆😆 Anyone else?
And along those lines I‘d like to thank you all for allowing me to post about somewhat “niche” books on here. One of the things I love most about Litsy is seeing all the little idiosyncratic reading preferences of everyone out there. It makes for such a welcoming community. ❤️❤️
Leftcoastzen I love it ! I love your selections & I‘m sad that many modern books don‘t really decorate spines as much . I love the art of the book & the various reasons people collect what they do. 2y
LeahBergen @Leftcoastzen Yes, exactly! I‘m very much in love with the whole “book as object” thing (there are courses on this that I long to take 😆😆). Seeing what people collect is such a joyful thing to me and your posts always make my day. 2y

Itchyfeetreader See here is the beauty of Litsy - I thought my ‘thing‘ was niche and here is where I found my folks! I think I just finished my Chudleigh Hold collection and the call of the Chalet‘s is real! (Or at least Jo books - I am a Jo) 2y

I thought I was the only one who liked vintage childrens books and nineteenth century poets and Greek mythology and everything ever written about the Romanovs or Sylvia Plath - and it turns out there are lots of Littens with those same book passions! 2y
