pickAnother audiobook, cause I can‘t shake this migraine. I read the first book in this series awhile back and this delivered more of the same simple pleasures. The only problem I had with it was that, having watched True Blood, there were enough things that were almost familiar but quite different to be a little confusing. Like Tara being a white boutique owner. But that‘s a minor issue.

rwmg It was those cartoon-like covers that first attracted me to the series. Much better than the TV-inspired ones. 5y
5feet.of.fury @rwmg I thought the covers were too cutesy, myself. I was familiar with the show and thought they should be edgier 🤷🏻♀️ so I liked the TV ones. 5y
