I stumbled across this historical fiction picture book about the childhood of Charles Dickens while looking for something else. It's a simple introduction to this famous author for young readers, and the illustrations were wonderful.

ljuliel Cute idea. I love the cover too. 4y
Daisey @ljuliel This is actually the title page, and I thought it was just as fun as the cover so I had to share. 4y
JazzFeathers Ooooh! It sounds so interesting. Besides, Dickens did have an interesting life. 4y
Daisey @JazzFeathers It‘s pretty basic since it‘s a picture book, but it was a fun complement to the books I read about Dickens this time last year. The illustrations were lovely! 4y
