pickAs with many good fantasy series, the story hits it‘s stride in the second book as the beautiful world created is known to the reader and the author can focus on the action. Such is the case with Flight of the Raven, I thoroughly enjoyed the first but the second book by Morgan L Busse is even better. Similarly, in these sorts of series, the end comes too quickly and the next is eagerly anticipated!
