I know this cookbooks in this series are gorgeous coffee table books, but the recipes are excellent. Cooking one of our favorites, poulet Basquaise, tonight. Getting an early start, since I have a couple voice students before dinner. It‘s going to be tough to sing when my mouth is watering from the aroma 😂
