Checking in for Week 3 of #BFCr4 !

● Read 4 out of 8 books. Halfway thru my target
● Yoga goal for the week completed
● I'm slowly getting there with meditation. From zero to 4 days a week is surely an improvement
● Managed to avoid junk food on weekdays despite having India's biggest festival (Diwali) going on!
● Cardio goal completed!

GlassAsDiamonds @ShelfRighteous 😂😂😂Smart! (But I feel you - Halloween candy for us! I can‘t really participate in much but I volunteered for the complex‘s Halloween and ... the left over candy...!! Let‘s just say, it‘s a great thing I didn‘t add “no junk food” to my goals!!!! 😂🤦🏻‍♀️😂). 4y
ShelfRighteous @GlassAsDiamonds Hahaha I think sweets and candies are all of ours weaknesses. Somehow I was hoping this challenge would help me be accountable and indirectly encourage me to develop this habit of not stuffing everything I see into my mouth😆 4y
GlassAsDiamonds @ShelfRighteous - well, sounds like you‘re being conscious of what you‘re eating (although... brutal time to minimise sweets!! 😂😂😂😂). Maybe we make November “no junk food on week days” or something?? 4y
