so-so
I generally love everything Sandra Brown writes (except STING which I really did not care for). And maybe if I did not work in the surrogacy (and adoption) industry, this book wouldn‘t have irritated me as much. But the whole n”now that I‘m divorced and my child died I have to find my other child that I carried as a surrogate” plot just rubbed me the wrong way. Granted, she was a “traditional” surrogate, meaning she was inseminated and is…
Octoberwoman …the child‘s bio mom, but still. I did really like the hero. Ms. Brown has an uncanny ability to write wonderful heroes. (edited) 3y
