Fingers crossed I can finish 600 pages of The Once and Future King so I‘m ready to start the Proust readalong in February. I also want to read Interpreter of Maladies and pick up The New Animals, a book my husband bought me (but as I didn‘t ask for it and it hasn‘t had good reviews on here I‘m feeling dubious about it!)

Centique @TrishB @merelybookish oh for sure, I couldn‘t do that either! Id be so miserable without fiction 😭 I kinda have a theme each year that I read twenty or so books for - I think I‘ll make that theme next year non fiction and catch up with some of dads favourites. 4y
Centique @merelybookish I am both loving it and struggling through it (If that makes any sense) I think I‘m getting into a better rhythm now that I‘m reading it in larger chunks. 4y

merelybookish @Centique I understand! I read it broken up into the different books and definitely preferred some sections over.others. But I also felt totally swept up in it and was sad when it was over. 4y
