Once again the perfect book lands in front of me just when I need it. A family member is dealing with mental health issues right now and I‘ve also had my own issues over time. This book is one young woman‘s journey through depression and anxiety , well written and relatable. @MrsMalaprop

Suet624 I don‘t know if you‘d like it, but I loved Reasons to Stay Alive, Haig‘s book about his own anxiety and depression. 5y
Jeg @Suet624 thanks for that. I just looked at some short videos with Matt Haig. Incite full fellow. Will look out his book. Would love for my brother to read him but he‘s not a reader unfortunately. Maybe the short videos might help. 5y
