This was a gorgeous book with lots of stunning pictures of delicious foods. However, most of the recipes seemed really complicated to me (as someone who doesn't have a whole lot of cooking experience), so there weren't a lot of recipes that seemed doable. With a great blend of different cuisines from all over the world, I'll certainly be recommending this cookbook to my fellow pescatarians (who are better cooks than me). #NetGalley ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
