Cucina Tipica: An Italian Adventure
Cucina Tipica: An Italian Adventure | Andrew Cotto
1 post | 1 read
Cucina Tipica: An Italian Adventure is the story of Jacoby Pines, a disheartened American who arrives in Italy on holiday, and decides he never wants to leave. What follows is a wine-soaked, food-filled, travel-laden adventure about one mans quest for an antiquated existence in the modern world.

Pickpick

I expected a memoir based on the tiny pic and description on LibraryThing‘s Early reviewer list. It‘s a novel! Lots and lots of adjectives and a very romanticized look at a small Italian town. It took me awhile to get into it, but I did want to see how the various storylines tied up. And they did. Very much a “and they all lived happily ever after” sort of book. If you‘re looking for a book like that, this might strike your fancy!
