Mehso-so

I snagged this book because my nonreader fiancé has just started trying to lose weight (note his indoor bike equipment ?‍♂️) and I thought this would have good info to share with him. I was partially right - this book has some really good, usable information about day to day healthy choices. However! The author‘s tone is downright GRATING. She‘s trying so hard to be your snarky diet bff that sometimes her info gets lost in all the italic asides.
