I have just discovered that there are lots of Helium filled Balloons currently travelling across S. Africa at 55, 000 feet on their way to Mozambique. Apparently they help to provide Internet access in remote areas. That seems very thoughtful.

Fill balloons with water and food coloring shake then put outside to freeze -cut off balloons and magic !!! Colored snow ball .
